The Official College of Architects of Extremadura (COADE) has presented the informative campaign “The architect of the House”. The purpose of this initiative is to make society aware of the importance of the maintenance and proper conservation of the buildings that make up our community, through the professional services of the architects. “The architect of the house” keeps the building in good condition, anticipating problems, saving expenses, minimizing damages, providing solutions and managing the IEE process to generate security for the neighbors.
Within the initiative, a workshop has been organized to comment the role of the architect in the maintenance of the building, as well as experiences related to urban renewal and energy efficiency.
Within this workshop, URVIPEXSA has shared its experience in the ARRUs and the participation in the European LIFE ReNatural NZEB project.
“Recycled and natural materials and products to develop Nearly Zero Energy Buildings with low carbon footprint”.
The LIFE ReNatural NZEB Project aims to demonstrate and promote new solutions to achieve Nearly Zero Energy Buildings with low carbon footprint, using natural and recycled materials, in Spain and Portugal.
